- All service visits are subject to a minimum labour charge of one hour.
- Labour exceeding the initial hour is charged in 30-minute increments.
- Materials and replacement parts supplied, where required, will be charged separately.
- Following the initial inspection, an estimate or quotation may be provided where the scope of work cannot be confirmed in advance.
- Customers must ensure suitable parking is available for the attending engineer.
- Any parking fees, congestion charges, bridge tolls, tunnel charges, or other access-related costs incurred while attending the property will be added to the final invoice.
