Leak detection is charged at half-hourly rates until the leak is located. Once found, a fixed price for the repair can be offered in writing.

Rates are per engineer on site, charged in 30-minute increments with a minimum charge of 1 hour. VAT may apply where chargeable. Materials, plant hire and specialist parts are quoted separately.

- All service visits are subject to a minimum labour charge of one hour.
- Labour exceeding the initial hour is charged in 30-minute increments.
- Materials and replacement parts supplied, where required, will be charged separately.
- Following the initial inspection, an estimate or quotation may be provided where the scope of work cannot be confirmed in advance.
- Customers must ensure suitable parking is available for the attending engineer.
- Any parking fees, congestion charges, bridge tolls, tunnel charges, or other access-related costs incurred while attending the property will be added to the final invoice.

No. Red Eagle is not Gas Safe registered and does not install, service or repair gas appliances or boilers. We specialise in plumbing, leak detection, drainage, radiators, unvented cylinders and bathrooms.
